A patch has been released for the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops, which will be automatically downloaded when you login to Steam. The patch attempts to fix some (not all) of the problems that are being reported en masse throughout the internet since the game’s release.

Xbox Dashboard Update goes live today
Update: We’ve received reports that the update is now live.
The latest Xbox Live Dashboard Update will be forced upon us available to download from today. This update adds a new flatter, sleeker interface to the console and also brings support for the upcoming launch of the Kinect sensor.
This Dashboard Update has been with Beta testers for over a month now, so hopefully it will be nicely refined and bug-free for all of us in the general public. In a notice sent out to Xbox Live users, the update is described as having a “change to the layout of the Xbox LIVE Dashboard, a new color scheme, and new fonts”.
Unfortunately, there is no mention of major new features that were previously announced, such as ESPN and Netflix Search apps.
